Civil Engineer/Electrical x4

Manage budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely and cost-efficient project delivery. Liaise with clients, government authorities, and other stakeholders to secure approvals and ensure project success. Oversee construction activities, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to design standards and quality control. Perform hydraulic and hydrological analyses for stormwater management systems. Ensure compliance with all relevant national and local engineering standards, building codes, and environmental regulations. Mentor and guide junior civil engineers and technicians, fostering their professional development. Contribute to the development of innovative and sustainable infrastructure solutions. Conduct site visits for inspections, progress monitoring, and problem-solving as needed. Qualifications: B.Eng. or B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution. Professional registration with ECSA (Engineering Council of South Africa) as a Pr. Eng. is essential. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure design and project management. Proven expertise in road design, stormwater management, and water/wastewater systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, relevant hydraulic modeling software, and other engineering design tools. Strong understanding of South African building regulations, SANS standards, and environmental legislation. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead multidisciplinary teams. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
