Qualifications / Requirements:

• Experience managing a retail branch or sales team.

• Background in commercial truck or bus parts; technical knowledge is a plus.

• Strong sales and target-driven mindset.

• Ability to work under pressure and independently.

• Willing to work overtime and have own transport.

• Open to undergoing a polygraph test.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee general management of staff and store operations.

• Manage branch budget, stock control, and stock-taking processes.

• Drive and grow sales performance, managing sales targets and expanding the customer base.

• Handle all customer-related matters, including visits, queries, and complaints.

Candidate Requirements:

• Able to perform under pressure and maintain focus on results.

• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and lead a sales team effectively.

• Sales and target-driven, with a strong appetite for acquiring new business while maintaining current customer relationships.

• Experience with commercial truck and bus parts; a technical background is an advantage.

• Willingness to work overtime and possess reliable own transport.

• Willingness to undergo a polygraph test.
