Technical Services Technician

Job Overview: 

• To ensure that all equipment is running and maintained in the facility and to be involved and participate in the company's activities. This role requires a hands-on problem solver with strong technical knowledge and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments

Minimum Requirements:

• Technical qualification e.g. millwright etc. 
• 8 - 10 years experience in a technical / maintenance environment
• Robotics experience (FANUC experience advantageous)

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure availability of equipment at all times
• Ensure preventative maintenance activities are up to date
• Manage breakdowns on shift
• Must be able to work shifts
• On stand by at intervals, own transport essential
• When needed weekend work is available
• Shutdown maintenance availability
• Be a suitable role model for our apprentices on site
• Understand customer specific requirements
• Adhere to SHE standards of the plant
• Assist and intervene in any process that is not producing quality products as set down by specifications and procedures
