Minimum Requirements:Professional ECSA registration as a PrTech/PrTechniA Civil Engineering qualification from a recognised tertiary institutionMinimum 5 years experience working on national roads projectsLabour Intensive Construction NQF 5 (non-negotiable)Proficient in preparing programmes including monitoring, updating and tracking progressProven experience in the supervision, monitoring and execution of labour-based road worksMust be willing and able to work full-time on site in the Eastern CapeAbility to be deployed full-time for the duration of the contractKey ResponsibilitiesAssist the Engineer in administering and supervising road maintenance and construction contractsEnsure compliance with contract documentation, specifications and quality standardsMonitor contractor performance, labour-based methods and site progressPrepare site reports, measurements and documentation as requiredLiaise with contractors, stakeholders and the Engineer on site-related matters
