FINANCIAL MANAGER

FINANCIAL MANAGER/EAST LONDON - The Financial Manager will oversee and manage the financial health and performance of the business, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning. This role requires an experienced and analytical individual with a strong background in automotive manufacturing finance and cost control, capable of supporting operational efficiency and business growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Financial Manager or Senior Financial Accountant in the Automotive Manufacturing Industry.

BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Cost Management (CA/CPA/CIMA qualification advantageous).

Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, manufacturing finance, and ERP systems (SAP, SYSPRO, or similar).

Experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.

Proven ability to manage audits and ensure compliance with corporate governance standards.

Familiarity with customer-specific financial and reporting requirements for VW, Mercedes, and BMW (advantageous).

Excellent computer literacy – MS Excel (advanced), financial modelling, and presentation skills.
