Description
Minimum requirements:
Consultant: Donavan Mannikam - Dante Personnel Greenstone
- Provide technical sales support to customers, offering product advice and solutions
- Handle incoming sales enquiries, quotations, order processing, and follow-ups to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and professional service
- Capture, manage, and update customer interactions, quotes, and orders accurately on the CRM system
- Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to coordinate stock availability, delivery schedules, and order fulfilment
- Monitor order progress and proactively resolve delivery or stock-related issues
- Support the external sales team with product information, pricing, and customer data where required
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product ranges, specifications, and applications
- Assist with basic after-sales support, including handling queries, returns, and technical issues
- Contribute to achieving sales targets while maintaining a strong customer-focused approach
