- Providing operational updates to leadership
- Coordinating courier dispatch and collections

- Resolving supply chain or delivery issues
- Identifying ways to improve operational efficiency
- 37 years of experience in operations, sales administration, supply chain, or a similar environment
- Strong financial and administrative accuracy
- Comfortable working with invoicing and accounting systems
- Organised, structured, and detail-oriented
- Able to manage multiple responsibilities independently
- Commercially aware and accountable
- Experience in technology, ecommerce, distribution, or hardware industries is beneficial but not required.
