?? Essential Qualifications
? Trade certificate as a Diesel Mechanic
? Minimum 8 years specialized experience
? Proven expertise in diesel fuel injection pump repairs (all mechanical types)
? Injector repair and calibration experience
? Solid knowledge of common rail systems

??? Essential Experience
?? Repairing diesel fuel injection pumps (all mechanical types)
?? Calibrating and testing fuel injection systems
?? Injector repair and maintenance
?? Diagnostics and repairs on common rail systems
?? Advanced fault finding and troubleshooting
?? Test bench operation and diagnostic tool proficiency

?? Technical Skills
?? In-depth knowledge of diesel engine systems
?? Skilled in using test benches and diagnostic equipment
?? Precision calibration and adjustment capabilities
?? Strong understanding of fuel injection technology
? Competence in both electronic and mechanical diagnostics

?? Key Responsibilities
?? Repair and overhaul diesel fuel injection pumps
?? Test and calibrate injectors to manufacturer specifications
?? Diagnose and repair common rail systems
?? Conduct accurate testing using specialized equipment
??? Perform fault finding and troubleshooting
? Ensure high standards of quality control and precision
