Our client is seeking a highly skilled Diesel Pump Technician with extensive experience in diesel fuel injection systems!

Location: Centurion, Gauteng

Salary: R20,000 - R23,000 + Commission

Essential Qualifications:

- Trade certificate as a diesel mechanic

- Minimum 8 years specialized experience

- Diesel fuel injection pump repair expertise (all mechanical types)

- Injector repair and calibration experience

- Common rail systems knowledge

Essential Experience:

- Repairing diesel fuel injection pumps (all mechanical types)

- Calibrating and testing fuel injection systems

- Injector repair and maintenance

- Common rail system diagnostics and repairs

- Advanced fault finding and troubleshooting

- Test bench operation and diagnostic tools proficiency

Technical Skills:

- Extensive knowledge of diesel engine systems

- Proficiency with test benches and diagnostic equipment

- Calibration and precision adjustment capabilities

- Comprehensive understanding of fuel injection technology

- Electronic and mechanical diagnostics

Key Responsibilities:

- Repair and overhaul diesel fuel injection pumps

- Test and calibrate injectors to manufacturer specifications

- Diagnose and repair common rail systems

- Perform accurate testing using specialized equipment

- Conduct fault finding and troubleshooting

- Ensure quality control and precision in all work

- Maintain service records and documentation
