ð??? Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate construction contractors on-site
• Lead multiâ??disciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient construction execution
• Implement and maintain construction SHE plans
• Conduct contractor audits, inspections, and ongoing performance oversight
• Drive construction sequencing, scheduling, and workflow alignment
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and proper document control
• Identify project risks and implement corrective mitigation plans

ð??? Minimum Requirements

• BEng/BTech Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Additional Project/Construction Management certification beneficial
• 3+ years project management experience
• 58 years civil construction management experience (heavy industry / mining environment)
• First Aid Level 1 (advantageous)
