KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
REQUIREMENTS (These are critical to the role and are not negotiable)
RUMUNERATION
Market related salary (negotiable depending on qualification/s and experience)
- Accurately capture and maintain factory and inventory records.
- Perform regular data analysis to support operational decisions.
- Utilise Syspro ERP for administration and inventory management.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and Syspro data.
- Assist with quarterly stock counts.
- Compile Excel reports and track performance across departments.
- Ensure compliance with supply chain processes and internal financial controls.
- Collaborate with production and procurement teams on reporting and planning.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and cost tracking.
- Process stock write-offs and conduct related investigations.
- Investigate Work in Progress variances.
REQUIREMENTS (These are critical to the role and are not negotiable)
- Tertiary qualification in Operations/Supply Chain Management
- 8 + years experience in a similar role within manufacturing or supply chain.
- Proficient in ERP systems (Syspro)
- Have advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Solid understanding of supply chain operations.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with complex data.
- Self-motivated with excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
RUMUNERATION
