Key Responsibilities

• Shape the vision and design for document intelligence across capture, sorting, data lift, and quality review.
• Create secure, scalable blueprints for cloud and on premise delivery, with clear patterns and guardrails.
• Guide teams to build pipelines for invoices, forms, contracts, and other high volume records, then tune for accuracy, speed, and cost.
• Introduce human in the loop steps, exception paths, and run books that keep operations smooth.
• Connect solutions with core business systems through APIs, events, and workflow services, with strong observability.
• Lead ideation, proof of concept work, and executive sessions, translating tech detail into value stories.

Job Experience and Skills Required

• Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Enterprise architecture study is a plus.
• Several years crafting document automation solutions at scale, including design, delivery, and improvement.
• Clear record of presenting to executive level stakeholders and winning support for automation journeys. Proven background integrating document flows with enterprise platforms and robotic process tools.
• Strong grasp of OCR, classification, field extraction, tables, and validation logic, along with data quality checks and confidence scoring
• Practical use of cloud document services, containers, serverless patterns, monitoring, and logging.
• Ability to design APIs, model data, and script with a modern language such as Python or Java.
• Comfort leading workshops, writing proposals, and producing clear diagrams and plans.
• A track record of calm delivery under pressure, clear communication, and ethical leadership.
