Proposals Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop technical and commercial sections of FEED, EPS, and modular product bids.
• Interpret client specifications, standards, and requirements, ensuring alignment with internal modular configurations and capabilities.
• Produce clear solution descriptions, process narratives, scope breakdowns, deliverable lists, and technical assumptions.
• Prepare modular layouts, diagrams, PFDs, GA visuals, and supporting technical documentation for proposals.
• Collaborate closely with Process, Mechanical, Electrical, and Fabrication teams to ensure technical accuracy and completeness.
• Support multi-stage clarifications, technical Q&A, and responses to tender queries throughout the bid cycle.
• Assist in compiling cost models and BOQs in coordination with the Bid & Proposals Lead and Estimating team.
• Maintain consistency with modular engineering standards and leverage learnings from past projects.
• Work with Marketing & Communications to elevate proposal visuals, storytelling, and technical graphics.
• Contribute to continuous improvements, including template optimisation and content library development.

ð??¯ Ideal Candidate

• Experience in proposals engineering, process engineering, or technical bid development in an EPC, modular plant, or engineering environment.
• Strong technical writing, interpretation of specifications, and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate across multi-disciplinary technical teams.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet tight tender deadlines.
