Job & Company Description:
As a Concept & Proposals Designer, youll transform early client requirements into compelling 3D modular concepts that anchor proposals and accelerate deal conversion. Youll work closely with Sales Engineers and the Proposals team to create accurate, visually appealing models using configurable libraries and past designs. Your work will improve proposal quality, reduce rework, and strengthen the visual identity in client-facing material.Education:
- Relevant qualification in Mechanical Design, CAD, or Engineering
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Proven experience in concept design and 3D modeling for industrial or modular projects
- Proficiency in CAD tools and rendering software
- Ability to produce clean, accurate visual outputs (renders, exploded views, layouts)
- Strong understanding of modular design principles, clearances, and transportability constraints
- Excellent collaboration skills to work with Sales Engineers and Proposals teams
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
