This is a strategic HR leadership role for a specialist in remuneration, payroll, and employee benefits. If you’re experienced in managing systems, designing compensation frameworks, and using data to drive employee satisfaction and organisational compliance—this role offers the platform to lead.

About the Role
You’ll lead all aspects of payroll, rewards, and benefits policy design across a highly regulated environment. This includes managing the SAGE payroll system, overseeing payroll governance, conducting benchmarking, and producing compliance reports. The role is supported by a payroll and compensation team and reports into executive HR leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Manage remuneration, payroll systems, and employee benefits

• Ensure compliance with legislation, audit requirements, and HR policies

• Lead compensation benchmarking and pay scale recommendations

• Collaborate on HR systems and policy alignment

• Oversee statistical HR data and payroll reporting

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on HR matters

• Manage and mentor a payroll and compensation team

• Support talent retention and promotion strategies

• Drive data integrity and digital optimisation

What You Bring

• BCom in HR / Industrial Psychology (Honours preferred)
