Key Performance Areas
Ensure planned maintenance schedule are carried out as instructed and necessary assistance is given to the artisans or artisans for carrying out the task
Attend breakdowns and carry out necessary repairs in the shortest possible time
Manage the CNC and machine shop team for our efficient support to the factory artisans
Report all serious defects which could not repaired to the section foreman or maintenance manager
Carry out safety inspections on equipment and plant as instructed
Undertake installation and modification of equipment and plant

Requirements
Minimum N4 N6 in Mechanical Engineering
Recognized Trade Test a Turner or Toolmaker
Proficiency in MS office

Experience
5+ years of experience in a maintenance machine shop or tool room
Extensive knowledge and understanding of machine shop practices and operations of CNC mills
Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings
