Open Cast Mining (Iron Ore)

Minimum Requirements
- National Senior Certificate
- Valid Drivers Licence
- N4 or equivalent Engineering qualification
- Qualified Artisan
- 5+ years supervisory/management experience
- Open cast mining experience (Iron Ore essential)

Knowledge & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of heavy machinery
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills
- RCFA and problem-solving experience
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Strong English communication skills

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with mine safety standards and investigate incidents
- Manage maintenance according to company policy and OEM standards
- Oversee RCFA actions and improve equipment reliability
- Supervise workforce performance, discipline, and training
- Conduct equipment inspections and drive uptime improvements
