Requirements:

• Recognized certificate or diploma in mining.
• Blasting certificate, legal liability certificate, Comp A.
• Mining experience appropriate, 8 - 10 years.
• Supervisory experience for team leaders and managers.
• Technical competence: Knowledge of relevant mining legislation
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to enforce compliance and take corrective action when needed.
