Workshop Manager

This is not an office-based administrative role. This position will be responsible for leading the planning, production and day-to-day operations of a highly equipped manufacturing environment by spending the majority of the time on the floor. We are looking for someone who is

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily workshop operations to ensure a smooth and efficient production flow
• Ensure accurate and effective allocation of jobs across all machines and workstations
• Maintain strict adherence to established manufacturing procedures and standards
• Collaborate closely with production, maintenance, and logistics teams to optimise operations
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues on the workshop floor in a timely manner
• Engage with customers regarding production challenges, delays, and progress updates
• Ensure all job cards are completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and overall workshop organisation
• Enforce compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations at all time
