- Minimum Grade 12 Certificate (NQF 4)
- Relevant qualification in Administration, Business, or a related field
- Computer literate with intermediate MS Office skills
- Experience in a client service or administrative environment
- 12 years experience as a Data Capturer is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to analyze data and maintain databases
- Knowledge of database capture systems and process tracking (Appsheets, DDS Enterprise, UL Comportal) advantageous
- Telephone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Precise planning and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines
- Provide admin support to technicians, drivers, and engineers
- Log calls and updates in Outlook, trackers, and system integrations
- Dispatch technicians within SLA timeframes
- Plan routes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Prepare and distribute quotes and invoices for repairs
- Capture and update job cards accurately on UL Comportal
- Maintain daily customer Trackers & Appsheets
- Coordinate accommodation, meal allowances, and early loads for drivers and technicians
- Monitor reports, stock data, and weekly/monthly closures
- Attend to customer queries and maintain professional client relationships
- Manage vehicle checks, service bookings, and insurance claims
- Provide project and weekly feedback to line manager
- Admin after-hour standby when required
