Role Overview
An exciting opportunity is available for a Junior Customer Service Representative based at King Shaka International Airport.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting walk-in clients, and supporting daily branch operations. The role requires a proactive individual who can maintain a professional image, contribute to revenue generation through sales, and ensure smooth operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front counter customer service and drive sales of products and services
- Manage vehicle rentals, bookings, and related administration
- Conduct daily stock checks and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries, collections, and movement control
- Perform vehicle quality checks (mechanical condition and damages)
- Assist with claims and changeover processes
- Ensure smooth daily branch operations
- Maintain accurate data capturing and general administrative duties
- Support profitability through cost control and operational efficiency
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent
- Valid Code B or EB driver’s license with own reliable transport
- Computer literate (MS Office, including Excel)
- Willing and able to work shifts and weekends
