Inventory Controller / Product Specialist

This is not based in Warehouse it's a Head Office Role

Job Summary:
The role combines technical product knowledge with strong analytical capabilities and system proficiency to drive efficiency and accuracy in inventory processes. The purpose of the role is to ensure optimal stock and inventory control across the organisation by analysing stock movements, maintaining accurate records and supporting product-related insights.

Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferable
- SAGE Evolution or similar ERP/inventory system

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyse stock levels across all locations of the organisation
- Track and report on stock movements, levels and trends
- Maintain accurate inventory records using SAGE Evolution, i.e. product details and regular updates.
- Extract, analyse and interpret data to develop comprehensive reports that inform managerial decisions
- Ensure data integrity in all stock-related transactions
- Develop a technical understanding of the companys product range
- Support product-related queries and assist with lifecycle management
- Collaborate with team members to resolve stock issues and improve processes
- Build strong working relationships with team members across the business
- Identify opportunities and implement actions steps to ensure inventory optimisation
- Demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm in daily operations
