REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12
- Qualification in Finance
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- Analytical
- Administrative capability
- Experience in ERP systems (SAP) would be advantageous
- MS Excel skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Debtors, creditors, cash book, and relevant monthly journal entries, including projects
- Support the finance division as requested
- Debtors
- Daily invoicing (ad-hoc invoices not handled by the SCM team)
- Monthly reconciliations
- Monthly - customer statements
- Monthly - cash recoveries
- Creditors
- Daily invoice bookings (including inter-company transactions)
- Weekly or monthly vendor payment allocations
- Monthly account reconciliations
- Monthly credit card accounts reconciliations
- General ledger
- Weekly/ monthly ad-hoc journal entries, e.g. accruals, adjustments
- Monthly petty cash card reconciliations
