Account Manager/Sales
Reason for Reporting
Our client in the Office Automation space is looking for an Accounts Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Manage and develop a portfolio of key client accounts to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Lead and support a small team of account executives or sales representatives.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
Identify new business opportunities within existing and potential customer bases.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximise profitability.
Work closely with internal departments (e.g. finance, operations, customer service) to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
Ensure all customer interactions align with company standards and brand values.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and account management, ideally within the automotive or related industry.
Minimum 3–5 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth
