Key Responsibilities:Cost Management & EstimatingAssist with preparing cost estimates and bill of quantities (BOQs) for mineral processing projects.Gather, analyse, and verify cost data from suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.Support cost forecasting and cash-flow planning.Contracts & Procurement SupportAssist with preparing tender documents, RFQs, and contract documentation.Evaluate supplier and contractor quotations for accuracy and compliance.Qualifications & SkillsTechnical Qualification in Quantity Surveying Strong numerical and analytical skills.Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with cost-management or QS software is advantageous.Good understanding of construction drawings and basic engineering principles.Strong attention to detail and ability to work methodically.Effective communication and teamwork skills.AdvantageousExperience or exposure to mining, mineral processing, or heavy industrial projects.Knowledge of NEC, FIDIC, or similar contract frameworks.Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel to site when required.Personal AttributesEager to learn and take on new challenges.Strong work ethic, reliability, and integrity.Ability to work under supervision while developing independence.Good organisational and time-management skills.What We OfferExposure to high-value industrial projects.Opportunities for skills development and career growth.Supportive and personal growth orientated working environment.
