Key ResponsibilitiesProduce high-quality 2D and 3D technical drawings for mechanical and structural components.Develop accurate models, assemblies, and complete drawing packages using Advanced Steel and SolidWorks.Ensure all drawings comply with engineering standards, project specifications, and manufacturing requirements.Revise and update drawings as projects evolve through design, fabrication, and installation phases.Work closely with engineers, project managers, and workshop teams to resolve drawing-related queries.Maintain drawing templates, documentation systems, and CAD standards.Conduct internal drawing checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and manufacturability.Minimum Requirements36 years proven experience as a Draughtsman in a mechanical, structural, or industrial engineering environment.Advanced Steel and SolidWorks proficiency (essential).Strong understanding of steel structures, mechanical components, and fabrication processes.Ability to read, interpret, and convert engineering concepts into accurate technical drawings.Relevant draughting qualification or certification.Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and organisational discipline.Key CompetenciesHigh technical accuracy and strong 3D modelling skills.Good communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to manage multiple drawing tasks and meet deadlines.Strong documentation and design standard compliance.Apply now!
