Management Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Support monthly and quarterly reporting and closing activities
• Prepare cost analyses, estimates, accruals, reclassifications, and ad hoc reports
• Manage system and master data governance, including chart of accounts and business warehouse tools
• Partner with leadership to drive business performance improvements
• Oversee and develop budgeting and forecasting processes
• Monitor performance indicators, identify trends, and investigate variances
• Manage and mentor a team of 15 staff members, including an admin/creditors clerk
• Travel to the Rustenburg site to support operational requirements

Requirements

• Bachelors degree (NQF 7) in Accounting or a related field (essential)
• ACMA / CIMA qualification (preferred)
• Up to 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience
• Strong analytical skills, business insight, and sound judgment
• Excellent communication skills, customer focus, and high level of integrity
• Fluency in Afrikaans
