Field Application Engineer

ð??? Position Overview:
The Field Application Engineer will provide technical expertise and customer support in the field while building strong relationships with clients. You will act as a brand ambassador, contributing to business development, market expansion, and product excellence.

ð??¼ Key Responsibilities:

• Field Application & Customer Support:
  • â?? Deliver field application support to customers
  • â?? Conduct regular customer visits to maintain relationships and identify opportunities
  • â?? Act as a brand ambassador for the companys products and services
  • â?? Provide tailored interconnect solutions and technical recommendations
  • â?? Support customer database growth and accuracy
• Product & Technical Ownership:
  • â?? Attain full technical knowledge of products and applications
  • â?? Take ownership of product performance, updates, and market application
  • â?? Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Admin, Stores, Accounts, and Management)
  • â?? Provide internal training and technical assistance as required
• Customer, Supplier & Market Engagement:
  • â?? Develop strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • â?? Assist with marketing activities, events, and promotional initiatives
  • â?? Provide market intelligence to management to support continuous improvement
  • â?? Foster partnerships with current and potential suppliers
• Business Development & Expansion:
  • â?? Identify and pursue targeted business opportunities
  • â?? Support strategic expansion into new markets and regions

ð??? Minimum Requirements:

• â?? Grade 12 certificate
• â?? Recognized technical qualification (preferably Mechatronics)
• â?? 13 years experience in technical sales (advantageous)
• â?? Strong technical acumen and ability to communicate complex concepts
