Description

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within approved budgets. This includes resource acquisition, coordination of internal teams and external contractors, and effective stakeholder management. The Project Manager ensures adherence to quality, safety, and ISO standards throughout the project life cycle.

Qualifications, Experience And Skills:

- Technical HVAC knowledge; engineering degree preferred.

- Minimum 10 years HVAC project management experience (R35 million+).

- Knowledge of current internet technologies.

- Working knowledge of JBCC contracts.

- Personnel management experience.

- High proficiency in MS Office.

- Customer-focused with commitment to quality and safety.

- Excellent written and spoken English.
