ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Minimum 5 years experience in maintenance or asset care management within manufacturing, preferably packaging or FMCG.Strong understanding of the Asset care life cycle.Able to implement and run a maintenance program, implement continuous improvements and drive all maintenance related actions to completion.Can manage and execute project implementation from concept phase to completion.Strong leadership and people management skills.Analytical thinker with problem-solving and decision-making capabilityExperience with SAP systems advantageousStrong understanding of ISO, FSSC22000, and OHS compliance requirements.PURPOSE OF THE POSITION The Asset Care is responsible for ensuring optimal asset performance, reliability, and availability across all production operations.This role oversees the full maintenance function, including planning, budgeting, preventive and corrective maintenance, compliance, and team leadership.The position plays a key role in driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and supporting the companys strategic focus on Execute, Energise, Edge, Empower, and Energy.IDEAL EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent)MINIMUM EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:N6/S4 + Trade test or BTech Electrical or Mechanical
