Duties & ResponsibilitiesFollow defined hardware design processes and maintain accurate documentation in line with the hardware design planGenerate reports on sorties and assist with evaluation and verification of sortie dataSupport the Preliminary Design stage, ensuring proper documentation of this phaseProduce evaluation reports to validate compliance of each design phase with item requirementsAssist in ensuring DO-254 process compliance, including documentation requirementsParticipate in peer reviews of hardware designs to maintain technical quality standardsEnsure all documentation and processes comply with industry standards and regulations (DO-254)Keep up to date with the latest developments in UAS technologies and apply relevant innovations to ongoing projectsDesired Experience and QualificationsBEng or MEng in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering (or closely related field) â?? non-negotiableNo prior work experience required; graduates are welcome to applyProficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelStrong IT efficiency and willingness to learnExcellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary teamOwn transport required
