Senior Quantity Surveyor

What Youll Be Driving:

• Leading the Quantity Surveying department and setting strategic direction
• Managing cost planning, estimates, tenders, and contract administration
• Providing expert commercial input on building services and infrastructure projects
• Building strong client relationships and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams
• Mentoring and empowering a high-performing QS team

What You Bring:

• Relevant DEGREE and Professional registration as a Quantity Surveyor (ASAQS)
• Minimum 8+ years proven track record in building services and infrastructure projects
• Proven leadership, commercial insight, and problem-solving ability
• Previous experience in a similar role as HOD will be beneficial
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Must be completely fluent in English and Afrikaans
• A proactive, results-driven mindset
• An existing client base or a solid network of industry contacts, with clear potential for business development, will be highly advantageous.

Remuneration
