Product Testing & Analysis
Product Testing & Analysis
- Conduct root cause and failure mode analyses on product non-conformances.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventative action (CAPA) plans.
- Perform in-depth product testing to identify design and process risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues.
- Evaluate warranty claims and recurring customer concerns to drive product enhancements.
- Analyse product performance data and identify optimization opportunities.
- Prepare detailed quality and performance reports for management review.
- Conduct supplier audits and manage supplier quality standards.
- Evaluate and prioritize process risks, ensuring effective mitigation strategies are in place.
- Support customers post-sale, addressing product-related queries or issues.
- Benchmark products against industry competitors and best practices.
- Collaborate with R&D to test and implement new technologies or materials.
- Establish, monitor, and refine quality control procedures and documentation.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and facilitate internal training sessions.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to the sales team.
- Participate in regular audits, quality meetings, and optimization projects.
- BTech or Degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Quality Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum 35 years experience in a QA or product engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of FMEA, root cause analysis, and risk assessment.
