Job Description:Planning, coordinating, and managing engineering projects within the contracting environmentReview and interpret client requirements, project specifications, and applicable codesDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports, perform engineering calculationsCoordinate with the design office, reviewing and validating designs and drawingsEnsure strict compliance with ASME code requirementsCoordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve project related queriesEnsuring all compliance is carried out in accordance with health, safety, and environmental, and quality standards Skills & Experience: Minimum 4 years of technical experience, within a contracting environmentAbility to interpret drawings and have a good understanding of proceduresKnowledge of quality control processes, material properties, heat treatment, non-destructive testing (NDT), and inspection methodsExcellent communication skills for cross-functional collaborationProficient in MS Office alongside exposure to ERP/MRP system Qualification:Eng/Bsc Mech EngEng. Candidacy or registration will be very advantageousProject management qualification will be advantageous Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
