Professional Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and technical leadership to the Architectural Department
• Interact with various project stakeholders
• Oversee architectural design, documentation, and project delivery
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and professional standards
• Mentor and manage architectural staff

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Architecture
• Professional Architect (SACAP registered) NOT negotiable
• Proven experience in a senior or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of building services and infrastructure-related projects
• Excellent inter-personal, communication, management, and problem-solving skills
• Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans to effectively participate in bilingual meetings
• Sound knowledge of various design software packages including AutoCAD, Archicad and Revit

Remuneration
Salary package is negotiable depending on qualifications, registration status, and post-qualification experience
