Job Description:Ensure that all product & mould designs are innovative and practical and that they mould efficiently at optimum cycles with minimum labour and maintenanceGenerate and maintain all CAD data, documents and electronic registers as per design office procedure and attend to all technical requests which arise from themBe involved with projects from initial brief to final design while maintaining traceability and adherence to company procedureBe a team player and maintain a high standard of personal time management and housekeepingAny other duties reasonably requested by Manager or otherTo be considered for this position applications must meet the following criteria:Minimum Technical Qualification N4/T2 levelMinimum of 3 years actual hands-on-keyboard 3D mould design experienceAble to interact and communicate on all levelsHave strong planning and organisational skillsAn ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with attention to detailA Positive Attitude is Critical - always striving to be the bestBe a team playerThe following will be an advantage:Working experience of SolidWorks, Powershape, Rhino, DraftSight / AutoCADWorking experience in Injection or Blow Mould environmentTool-making experience in the plastics industry
