Construction Project Manager

Duties & Responsibilities
Full life cycle Management of projects
Oversee planning, budgets, timelines, quality, and stakeholder coordination
Consulting clients and contractors - liaise with several project stakeholders
Assist with tenders and contracts as well as contractor management
Consulting services to projects in government and private sectors
Oversee quality and compliance management

Qualifications and skills:
Built Environment / Construction Management or related degree.
Qualification in Project Management essential
Ideally PrCPM registered, or as a minimum, registered as a Candidate PrCPM with SACPCMP
Must have 5+ years' post qualification working experience as Project Manager in the construction industry in building services and/or infrastructure
Knowledge of large scale projects highly recommended
Strong management, leadership and people skills
Consulting experience in infrastructure and/or building services recommended
Full life cycle Project management experience and sound understanding of the interfacing of engineering disciplines on large construction projects
Knowledge of the construction of public and private projects will be beneficial
Candidates must be residing in Cape Town or be prepared to relocate there for this long-term project
Must have valid driver's license, own reliable transport and be medically fit to work on construction sites

Package & Remuneration
