Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the pre-owned vehicle department.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Source and manage quality pre-owned stock.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Implement effective marketing and promotional strategies.
- Oversee trade-ins, valuations, and reconditioning processes.
- Monitor financial and sales performance, ensuring compliance with dealership policies.
- Management of stock levels
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Pre-Owned Sales Manager within a franchised dealership.
- Proven ability to manage and grow a successful sales team.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of financial structuring and F&I processes.
- Valid drivers licence and clear criminal record.
