Technical Support & Sales Engineer

What youll be doing

• Provide technical support and optimization advice to customers to ensure packaging semi-finished products run smoothly on the machines in the customers factory.
• Develop new business opportunities in food, dairy, and industrial packaging
• Collaborate closely with partners and local converters.
• Frequent travel within South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa.

What youll need

• Strong technical foundation (Material Science, Chemistry, Engineering).
• Minimum 5 years experience in packaging or related industry.
• Combination of technical expertise and commercial drive.
• Affinity with the dairy/food sector.
• Excellent communication skills, proactive, and willing to travel very frequently within Sub-Saharan Africa.
