Key ResponsibilitiesOperate an assigned section of the DMS plant safely and within control limitsMonitor plant equipment, conveyors, water levels, and process indicatorsTake corrective action to maintain optimal plant performanceWork with maintenance teams to ensure safe and efficient plant operationConduct pre-shift checks, inspections, and basic plant maintenance tasksPerform unblocking of chutes/pipelines and replace screen panels when requiredEnsure compliance with all safety, health, environmental, and operating proceduresMinimum RequirementsQualifications & ExperienceProven experience operating DMS or mineral processing plants (Diamond experience highly advantageous).Strong understanding of process control, plant monitoring, and operational procedures.Experience working on remote or expatriate mining sites preferred.Skills & CompetenciesStrong safety awareness and discipline.Ability to work independently and take ownership of a plant section.Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.Clear communication and accurate reporting skills.Complete shift logs, reports, and handoversMaintain good housekeeping standardsCarry out any additional duties as
