Customer Service Coordinator

What Youll Do
� Manage incoming customer queries via WhatsApp, email, and phone
� Assist customers with online orders, deliveries, and product questions
� Message customers about delivery cut-offs, delays, or order updates
� Support our retail stockists with queries or small requests
� Keep customer info up to date and help with order tracking
� Support with coordinating marketing activations as required
� Assist the team with other customer-facing admin tasks as needed

Requirements
