Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor site health and safety systems
- Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and audits
- Ensure compliance with OHS legislation and regulations
- Deliver safety inductions and toolbox talks
- Investigate incidents and manage corrective actions
- Maintain safety reports, registers, and documentation
- Qualification in Occupational Health and Safety (SAMTRAC / NEBOSH or similar)
- 37 years safety experience in construction or mining environments
- Strong working knowledge of OHS legislation
- Confident communication and reporting skills
- Safetyâ??driven and detailâ??focused
- Assertive and professional
- Comfortable working in a siteâ??based environment
- Strong problemâ??solving ability
- Committed to continuous safety improvement
