EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Completed Matric Certificate
  • 3+ years in administration is required
  • Valid code 08 drivers license is essential
  • Applicants must be proficient in the use of MS Office; specifically Excel
  • An enquiring mind with an interest in investigations
  • Ability to communicate at various levels
  • Ability to gather, interpret and evaluate documents
  • Strong problem solving capabilities
  • Able to maintain strict privacy and confidentiality requirements

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate would be required, but not limited to;
  • Maintain an updated understanding of fundamental company policies, labour law, compliance standards and relevant regulations
  • Strong documentation skills for accurate record keeping
  • Responsible for preparing files for evidence
  • Compiling spreadsheets
  • General support within the branch; including filing, scanning and copying of documents, as well as general housekeeping
