Leading, developing, and retaining a high-performing team of employees
Ensuring staff are properly trained in product knowledge, customer service, sales techniques, and risk management
Experience with with SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing
Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback
Managing promotional activities and ensuring they are implemented effectively
Overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
Ensuring the store is clean, well-maintained, and adheres to health and safety standards
Managing inventory, including ordering, receiving, and merchandising stock
Adhering to store policies, procedures, and processes
Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues effectively
Conducting regular stock takes and investigating discrepancies
Managing store budgets and expenses
Skills & Experience:
Typically, a minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent is required
Hands-on experience with SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in retail management or a similar role
Knowledge of stock management, sales techniques, and customer service principles
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
