Minimum Requirements
- Proven management or team leadership experience
- Call center management experience would be an advantage
- Strong customer service background with the ability to handle escalations professionally
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivots, reporting, graphs, and VLOOKUP
- Experience working on Sage or similar accounting software
- Knowledge of stock control and stock management processes
- Experience with quoting, invoicing and reconciliations
- Strong process mindset with the ability to create workflows and SOPs
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities
- Act as operational support and second-in-command to the Operations Manager
- Manage and support the coordinators and admin teams to ensure smooth daily operations
- Develop, document and improve workflows, processes and standard operating procedures
- Support stock management processes, including tracking, reporting and controls
- Assist with quoting, invoicing and reconciliation processes in collaboration with finance
- Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained and assist with resolving escalations
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical improvements
- Help balance workloads across the team to improve turnaround times and service delivery
