Description
This role will work closely with the CEO and sales team, providing accurate forecasting, tracking sales performance and identifying trends, risks and opportunities across the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities

- Analyse sales performance across customers, projects and products
- Produce weekly and monthly sales reports and dashboards
- Monitor and maintain the sales pipeline and forecast accuracy
- Track conversion rates, sales trends and sales team performance
- Conduct win/loss analysis on quotations and tenders
- Monitor pricing trends, margins and discounting patterns
- Ensure CRM data integrity and accurate sales reporting
- Provide market and competitor analysis to support business strategy
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Business, Commerce, Finance, Marketing or similar)
- 5+ years experience in a Sales Analyst / Sales Operations / Commercial Analyst role
- Strong experience analysing sales pipelines, forecasting and reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Experience in a technical or engineering-related industry advantageous
- Strong analytical and reporting ability
- Commercially minded with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to translate data into clear business insights
