Description
This role will work closely with the CEO and sales team, providing accurate forecasting, tracking sales performance and identifying trends, risks and opportunities across the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse sales performance across customers, projects and products
  • Produce weekly and monthly sales reports and dashboards
  • Monitor and maintain the sales pipeline and forecast accuracy
  • Track conversion rates, sales trends and sales team performance
  • Conduct win/loss analysis on quotations and tenders
  • Monitor pricing trends, margins and discounting patterns
  • Ensure CRM data integrity and accurate sales reporting
  • Provide market and competitor analysis to support business strategy
Minimum Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (Business, Commerce, Finance, Marketing or similar)
  • 5+ years experience in a Sales Analyst / Sales Operations / Commercial Analyst role
  • Strong experience analysing sales pipelines, forecasting and reporting
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
  • Experience in a technical or engineering-related industry advantageous

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to translate data into clear business insights
