Campaign Services Assistant

About the role
Provide operational support to the campaign Services and Marketing department of the company. The Assistant will be responsible to support the action tasks and activities relevant to
various campaigns to which they are assigned. This support will include but not limited to recruiting new clients, research market trends and project management support.

Responsibilities:

• Desk top research on target audiences and potential clients
• Collate databases on key stakeholders and clients relevant to a campaign
• Contact clients and submit proposals
• Liaise with client representatives
• Ensure all contractual obligations to clients during campaigns are met
• Liaise with marketing and operations departments to ensure deliverables to client are met
• Assist with logistical support during campaigns

Minimum Requirements

• South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
• Must not have participated on the YES programme before.
• Matric.
• Post matric qualification in marketing, communications or event management
• Basic Computer skills needed including Outlook, Excel, Word
• Personal characteristics interpersonal skills, team work, time management, Adaptability, attention to detail, problem solver, motivation, critical thinking
