Job Description:
We are seeking a well-presented, professional, and friendly Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers and must create a positive first impression of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
Greet and assist visitors and clients
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
Maintain filing systems and office records
Perform general administrative and clerical duties
Assist other departments when required
Requirements:
Grade 12 / Matric
Previous reception or administrative experience (advantageous)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good computer literacy (MS Office)
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Strong organisational and time-management skills
