JOB VACANCY: CREDIT CONTROLLER

Seniority Level: Mid Career (2 - 4 yrs exp)
Location: George, Western Cape
Reporting to: Patricia Jooste
Type: Permanent

Duties and Responsibilities:

• • Meeting monthly collection targets

• • Build relationships with internal stakeholders/Managers/departments/companies

• • Generate ad-hoc reports monthly to C.A.L.M. and CFO

• • Support legal handover of customers where necessary

• • Contact customers for payments

• • Timeously resolve all queries to ensure timely payments

• • Ensure all customers' payments are allocated promptly

• • Update Cashflow

• • Prepare documents and submit for foreign payments

• • Ensure all foreign payments are allocated promptly

• • Monthly review of Receivables and Payables (intercompany) reconciliations

• • Annual review and update of Liquidity policies

• • Support and manage intercompany payables monthly

• • Any Ad Hoc duties as requested
