Description
We are seeking a dynamic Internal Sales Executive to join our Centurion based client’s team. This role focuses on rentals, managing existing PP, Conv and clients, and handling conversion spill-over.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily:
- Prepare quotations
- Provide reception support
- Update live opportunities
- Follow up on open sales enquiries
- Compile job cards
- Check and approve non-technical reps’ quotes (R100K - R300K)
- Occasionally visit clients
- Adhere to sales processes and policies
Weekly:
- Review open quotes and opportunities
Monthly:
- Close open quotes
- Review monthly statistics
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- In-office position (no remote work)
- Previous sales experience required
- Degree / Diploma in Marketing or Business
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and own transport
- Live <30km from Sunderland Ridge
Working Hours
- Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00
- Friday: 08:00 – 15:00

Scope Management: Monitors project scope diligently to recover costs from scope creep and protect the bottom line. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Experience & Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years in Account Management (BTL, experiential marketing, or product branding). Knowledge: High proficiency in merchandising, branding processes, and industry terminology. Track Record: Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and international suppliers. Education: Relevant tertiary qualification preferred; advanced Microsoft Office skills. Key Competencies: Communication: Exceptional command of written and spoken English. Project Management: Ability to manage complex projects under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Technical Eye: Extreme attention to detail regarding colour matching and production quality.
